Board of Directors Leading by example, board members believe in taking an active role in developing strategic goals and implementing projects for BGF students. Black History Contest Members of Barden Gary Foundation (BGF) Scholarship Program participated in a Black History Contest hosted by the board of directors. Ten seniors from Gary, IN on an all expense paid trip to Nevada to attend an Education Celebration held at Galaxy Theaters along with a tour of Hoover Damn. Book Club BGF hosted a holiday luncheon for students, two books were distributed as gifts during the event.
